The Environment Audit:

“It’s impossible to read the label when you’re on the inside of the jar.”

Sometimes called a “culture audit”, the Renzo Environment Audit assumes that what your employees are telling their supervisors and senior execs is only half the story. The audit will take information from interviews and shadowing sessions, meetings with high performing team members, and senior leadership and create a blueprint that develops the human capital that your company relies on to thrive.

What we generally find through an audit:

Teams are not aligned on what the overall company vision is, or how they fit in.
Some (and in some cases, many) employees have had no recognition or appreciation, or if they have, it’s not in the way they prefer to receive it.
There are certain employees who are not living up to the core values of the organization, maybe because they didn’t know there were any, and often because the personnel just isn’t a fit culturally with your company or department.
There are star performers in your company that are being hamstrung by ineffective leadership.
Employees often want more responsibility, not less.
Your team members love the company or what they do, but their ideas aren’t being heard or advanced leaving them feeling incredibly frustrated.
